Is it legal if sold property to brother and presented as witness

sir agar kisi person ne apne bhai ki property ko sell kar diya.aur usme jo gavaah hai to unhe kya saja ho sakti bhai. agar fraud property seller ko 420 lage to. kya jamaanat ho sakti hai
Agar kisi person ne apne bhai ki property ko sell kar diya to gavaah nai motive and bad intenion kay saath gavaahi di hai to saja ho sakti hai. it depend upon the prosecution proved his case. in such type of case matter of bail its depend upon the discretion of the court and circumstances and merits of the case. Phir bhi lower court sai bail milana muskil hai.
