I am facing certain legal issues pertaining to property division.

My grandfather died after which my father after obtaining NOC from his sister acquired property further he transferred the property in my favor. does my married sister who is a grand daughter of my deceased grand father have any right in my father property which was transferred by claim release dead by my father sisters. he wants to transfer the property to me i e grand son of my grand father but my father is not at all interested in transferring the property to her. What should we do? can my sister claim right in property

Yes, She can. Since it is an ancestral property and not earned by your father himself. This is as per Hindu Succession Act.

Your sister is legally partner in your property of your father she can definitely claim for the property becz property has been transferd by your father to you it's a parental property better to settle mutualy
