Move an application for same in the office of District magistrate, Nagae aayukt/VC of development authority and SSP then approch High court immediately in writ.

It will take some time if you will delay or else approach the authorities n then immediatly contact an advocate to filing of writ with all the documents of property u have n applications.

It is not a very complicated procedure but the approved plan of the area needs to be looked into to decide whether the construction is valid or can be stopped. so your documents need to be looked into so as to ascertain how much time and money would be required to get justice for you.

Dear Sir,
As your grievance is not clear, kindly provide the following details to clear the ambiguity:

a. Does the vacant land belongs to you? do have title/interest in the said land?
b. What is relevance of the road that you are talking about
c. Kindly clear on what grounds you wish to obtain a stay, only then I will be able to guide you whether your case is maintainable.
kindly share the merits of your case,
Please feel free to contact the undersigned
