How to handle transfer of shares of publicly listed company

Hi! I have a few Shares of Hindalco company in physical form. They are in the name of my parents and both are deceased. There is no nominee I have 3 siblings, out of which 2 are deceased. I do not have a will. The power of attorney is in my wife's name. The company has asked me to submit the following documents: Photocopy of Succession Certificate Or Probate of the Will or Letter of Administration, Copy of the Death Certificates of deceased, Copy of PAN Card & Aadhar Card of the Successor, Transmission Form, Affidavit cum Indemnity I have zero knowledge on law. I need help to go about it and i really need somebodys help to guide me through this. Thank you

As per information provided by the client.,
Legal heirs have to file civil suit under Hindu succession act or Indian succession act for issue of succession in name of legal heirs.
For transfer of shares through succession, u can to make application to company in written with copy of succession certificate obtained from civil court, copy of death certificate of past share holder, pan card and aadhar card copy of legal heirs and indemnity bond of who has waived the claim from share of legal heirs and death of deceased legal heirs.
