How to get a plot transferred in my name through a gift deed

Hello Sir/Madam My mother had purchased a plot in year 2014 amounting 15 lakhs . (3.75 Lakh downpayment and 11.25 lakh by raising Home Loan from HDFC Bank.). I have been paying EMIs since then. As I want to take income tax rebate i have to get it transfered on my name through gift deed. I have 2 sisters who have no objection. You are requested to guide me what i should do to get it transfered on my name. Remember, the said plot is on loan.
Sir, get the transfer deed prepared. go to Tehsildaar office alongwith your mother and get it registered. And there is another way out too. You can take personal appointment and your query would be addressed.
