Grand mother gifted property to aunt can we challenge the same

we have abuilding constructed by my grand father. he was three sons and two daughters. when he was dead my grand mother with out giving notice she shared property in to six shares and gift registered her share to small daughter. our aunt both reached court and file a case for their share. my issue is that how can my aunt can get double share as my grandmother is dead. can my aunt has power to sell property ?
your aunt had got her share as a daughter of her father and subsequently your grand mom had also gifted her share(grand mom's share) to her daughter. so it is absolutely legal.
