Have obtained relinquishment deeed and registered it? If Yes, your sister can not claim her right now?
Even if no money is paid to your sisters, once the relinquishment deed or settlement deed is registered in your favour, she can not challenge it after that.
As for as your brother is concerned, he can claim his right.

Whatever claim regarding your deceased mother's intestate property is concerned, if agreed and relinquished by your sisters in your favor, neither they nor their daughters or sons shall make any claim afterwards. Especially when the shareholder who has relinquished her rights to you and released her share in your favor by a registered deed is living now, her wards i.e., her children do not have any more rights in it, hence you can be free about it, if at all your sister's daughter makes any claim in this regard, try to solve the issue amicably, if no solution arrived then you may ask her to proceed legally through a court of law where you can challenge her invalid claim
