My father passed away 2000 who was working as a AEO in Govt, Agri dept in Tamil Nadu. At that time I was 10. My mom attempted to get the job. But nothing happened. Now I am holding degree. Can I apply for my father's job. Need to know the steps

You have to apply within three years. You should have applied on or before 2011 (ie) three years after attaining 18 years.If your mother had applied for the compassionate appointment wtithin the time limit, she is having the bright chance. But you do not have any chance.

You have to give a reply to the customs authority. You can authorize your advocate to appear on your behalf. After preliminary hearing (two or three hearings), they will ask you to pay a penalty of Rs.5000/- and will close the case. I have handled few cases similar to your case. My father (1988_2003) suspended from co-operative bank from 2003 and terminated in 2007.still I couldn't get pf and graduity

On what grounds he was terminated?.On what grounds he was suspended?.Any departmental enquiry pending?Whether he preferred any appeal against his termination?Whether he was terminated for any corruption case?Whether he is super annuated?

Q: Before judgement came in my favour party transferred property to son

Hi sir, Party has made a sale dead with me for 10L and got 3 L from me and now party is not willing to transfer through property to my name. Later a court case is applied on that and judgement is in favour of my name. With in this mean time of judgement party has transferred the property to his son name. is this possible. My sale is a registered one and it is available in encumbrance certificate also.

'Lis Pendens' means "pendency of a suit in a Court".The subject matter of the suit should not be transferred to third party during the pendency of the suit. The transferee is bound by the result of the suit in a case when such such property is transferred during the pendency of the suit.The doctrine is contained in Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act.If any transfer during the pendancy of the case, that sale will become invalid.

Q: Senior Citizen Cases how high court give priority to list the case?

I am aged 68 years I filed a high court appeal in Madras High Court in 2000 and the same is till pending. I do know anything about the facilities of Senior Citizen Act. Can i seek directions to bring my appeal under the category to list my appeal? Sometimes my appeal is found in daily list for hearing before the end of sitting judges and the same is adjourned to another date. The adjourned case is not carried out again for hearing before the new sitting of judges.Once in 3 months the sitting of judges are changed.What is the remedy for it?

You have to give a letter to the court Registrar, stating the delay and your age. On going through the merits of the case, the Registrar will pass orders to list the case considering you as senior citizen.
