Q: Lender lost cheque, blank agreement given against loan
Hello, I borrowed informal loan from a person before few years and now I want to repay the loan. But the person says he lost the blank cheque and blank agreement I signed and submitted against the borrowed load. I am unsure if the person lost or trying to misuse the documents even after repaying the loan. I dont know the cheque number or any other details about it. In this case, what should I do to make sure the cheque and document is not misused in future after repaying loan.

1. Repay only through a traceable mode — bank transfer/UPI, with narration stating that it is full and final repayment of the particular loan.2. Obtain a written full-and-final settlement / No-Dues acknowledgment, expressly recording that no amount remains payable.3. Give the lender a written declaration requiring him to confirm that the signed blank cheque and blank agreement are lost/not in his possession and will not be used.4. Since the cheque number is unknown, approach your bank and explain that a signed blank cheque has been lost and ask what stop-payment/blocking options are available for the relevant cheque series.5. Make a written police complaint/CSR regarding the lost signed cheque and signed document, particularly if the lender refuses to provide a written confirmation.6. Keep copies of the loan transaction, repayment proof, messages, settlement acknowledgment and police complaint permanently.7. If the lender later attempts to misuse the cheque/document, these records will help establish that the underlying liability had already been discharged and that the instrument was reported as lost.

You have to apply within three years. You should have applied on or before 2011 (ie) three years after attaining 18 years.If your mother had applied for the compassionate appointment wtithin the time limit, she is having the bright chance. But you do not have any chance.

You have to give a reply to the customs authority. You can authorize your advocate to appear on your behalf. After preliminary hearing (two or three hearings), they will ask you to pay a penalty of Rs.5000/- and will close the case. I have handled few cases similar to your case. My father (1988_2003) suspended from co-operative bank from 2003 and terminated in 2007.still I couldn't get pf and graduity

Q: Before judgement came in my favour party transferred property to son
Hi sir, Party has made a sale dead with me for 10L and got 3 L from me and now party is not willing to transfer through property to my name. Later a court case is applied on that and judgement is in favour of my name. With in this mean time of judgement party has transferred the property to his son name. is this possible. My sale is a registered one and it is available in encumbrance certificate also.

'Lis Pendens' means "pendency of a suit in a Court".The subject matter of the suit should not be transferred to third party during the pendency of the suit. The transferee is bound by the result of the suit in a case when such such property is transferred during the pendency of the suit.The doctrine is contained in Section 52 of the Transfer of Property Act.If any transfer during the pendancy of the case, that sale will become invalid.
