Forged document submitted for succession case by a lady

What action we can take or a judge should take, if a lady (opposite party ) submitted a forge/fake " Dependent Certificate issued by Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat " to prove that she is wife of my father on a succession case in civil court filed by that lady herself. we called the man ("Sarpanch") for evidence on next hearing on which he will state that Dependent Certificate is not issued by him and is completely forge/fake.
