Flat in name of 2 sons now want to transfer it in name of one son

There is a flat in name of my 2 sons. I want to transfer flat now only in the name of one son. What is the procedure to do that?

The legal remedy to your issue would be to get a Release Deed/Relinquishment Deed prepared and get it signed by the Son in whose name you don't want the flat anymore and get the Deed Registered. By doing that, your Son is surrendering all his rights and title towards the said Flat.
