Firm's machinery destroying my property what can be done

dear respected sir sorry for my bad English and conversation in my neighbor lie(Poha) firm was started by gamma(Manoj) firm named Bhagirathi Lai poha Gramo Udhyog. The machines of that make much vibration and noise and my wall and roof are cracked due to vibration and machine throw black smoke in large scale please help me to stop their machine
What is the site where this establishment is situated? Is this industrial area or residential? And you can she against him for damages and causes and also for health. You also can complain to industrial tribunal.

Is cheez ki liye aapko hume sabse pehle ye batana hoga ki kya baaki logon ko bhi is cheez se problem hai agar haan to hum seedha HC aa sakte hain aur agar aapko problem hai aur aapko lagta hai is cheez se pollution ho raha hai to bhi aap seedha HC aa sakte hain.
And bhai hindi se achi nahi hai english.
