Father want to transfer property on me but loan is pending any issue

My father willing to give his agriculture land to me.but he has taken mortgage loan from Canara Bank.is there any chance to transfer property without paying loan.
No, you will have to clear the mortgage before transferring the said property in your name as the bank will be having the property documents which are required to make the said transfer. Although, your father can transfer the registration in your name by a way of gift deed but then you will be required to pay the said loan.
