Father passed away, what's procedure to transfer flat in brothers name

My father passed away recently. We have a flat in Mumbai. We are 3 brothers and 1 sister. Now we want to transfer the flat in one brother's name. What is the procedure to do so? We are muslims.

You will have to make an Application before the Society in which the Flat is along with a copy of the Death Certificate and request them to transfer the Title of the Flat in your Brother's name and that it is by consent of all you Siblings.
