Documents required for purchase of flat in co-operative society

I am buying an apartment in a register co-operative society and I have following concern when I checked their papers A) They do not have sale deed instead they have registered agreement for sale b) Agreement clearly states that property is financed by the father in law he is alive (has executed power of attorney in favour of his daughter C) their registered Agreement have owners as follows 1) Daughter 2) Daughter's husband 3) Daughter's father Whether I should insist to have noc form father ? Do they have right/legal tital ?

Documents required for resale flat in co-operative society
    
•    Share certificate of the housing society bearing the name of the seller
•    Previous chain of conveyance/sale deeds, along with Sub-Registrar’s receipt
•    37 (I) clearance (needs to be obtained in certain cities)
•    230 A certificate can from the can be obtained from the concerned Income Tax Authority
•    Original stamped receipts of payment made to previous sellers
•    No objection certificate (NOC) from the Society for transfer and sale of flat
•    Last receipt for the outgoings bill paid to the Society as well as the electricity bill
•    A set of Society transfer forms for transfer of ownership
•    Certificate of Title from an advocate

Where the father has given POA to sell the property, they will have a right to do so.
