I am Hindu. I am member of cooperative housing society and own a flat. Pl. advise if I can nominate my son's HUF as the nominee for the purpose of inheritance of this immovable property.
Please contact your society office and collect a nomination form. Check with your society on the rules regarding the nomination procedure. As the owner of the property and the member of the society you can select a nominee.
