Brother being a nominee of father account withdrew amount can I claim

I have two brothers, my father had property which gone in dam creation .. So for that government give us some amount as compensation which was deposited in bank account in my fathers account .. But problem is my younger brother make him as only nominees for my father. And withdrawing money from bank . He is not giving any idea about all that money .. No my father is no more and want know all details of that money.. Is there any way to know it..?

Your brother as a nominee only holds a property in trust for the entire legal heir. Nominee doesn’t become the owner. You can sent letter to the bank to stop transaction with the bank, as the entire legal heir has equal share. You can also file petition under succession act.
