CC plan not approved can i ask the builder to give my money back

I had purchased flat nalasopara West in shree shivam sankul, Also done the registration and bank loan activities completed. Pasation date is May 2015. Now problem is cc plan wrong approval only 2 story and building construction 4th floor. Now court stop illegal construction more 2 floor build. What I do? Can I take my amount return paid to builder 16 Lac remaining amount pending paid to builder 12 Lac after completion flat. Or have patience as I book flat 2012 Please give right suggestions.
The right suggestion is take back your money paid to the builder as the builder is involved in illegal construction so it is very dangerous for you to wait anymore for the flat and there is also possibility that in future the building would be demolished.

firstly sit with the developer and try to sort out things amicably
if not you can complaint a police complaint against the developer for cheating and proceed to consumer court as well. need to go thru your papers to give a further suggestion
