Does widow mother can sell land of her son (who is married and died and his wife is alive). The son got inherited property now is no more. the daughter in law is not taking care.now the mother can sell land or not

Mother and daughter in law are the legal heirs. both the mother and the daughter in law are entitled to equal share of the deceased son's property
Mother alone cannot sell the property and if at all any such sale happens, then it is absolutely illegal.
