Can I claim my right on rented property of my grandfather

30-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I live in a house which was initially rented by my grandfather. My father and his brothers divided that huge property in between them. Recently we have learnt that this property has gone under custodian. However, my uncles tell me that we have a strong case and fight against custodian in court of law and have strong chances as we have reciepts of 1950 and the law came in 1970s so we fall in special case. Anyways the issue is not custodian, issue is that my parents want me and my wife to leave the house as they do not like my wife. I am the only son of my parents and i have 3 sisters. My parents seems to like my sisters more than me and have an intention to bring them in the house even after there marriages. I want to understand that if to cool down the situation, i decide to leave the house temporarily then will it go negative for me as my parents can deny me entry in thee house. Can they do this legally? What options do i have now?

We can definitely contest your case in the court of law.We can move ahead file a civil case seeking title and declaration regarding the same house??I hope the property is undivided share?? I mean that your grandfather did not declare any of his legal heirs as absolute owner of the property through a testamentary succession..If no then definitely we can initiate civil and criminal proceedings and get you the right in the above said property.
