Can i ask share in my father's property as court gave stay on it?

01-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Since 2008 my father not divorced is living separately from us. Mother filed a case for shelter and maintenance. The court granted her to stay in the house and right now i am also living with her. Along with this the court gave an indefinite injunction order against sale of the house in which we are living. In between this my father has sold 2/3rd portion of this house to a buyer, against the court. Since its under injunction the buyers have still not occupied. Can i demand my share of the property owned by my father?

Dear Sir/Madam, you have no right to ask your share in your father self acquired property but you can ask for maintenance from your father, after demise of his you have right to get property if he was not done any WILL in this regard.
