Can EWS flat be transferred to non BPL Category?

Can EWS flat can be transferred to non BPL category. As per dealer registry is available for flat. How can i ensure about authentication of registry and flat. Also how i should proceed with buying of flat if it is genuine or valid property.
Hi, you need to verify the genuinness of the registry with the sub registrar . Although EWS flats can be transferred only with the help of sub registrar. If you do not find any discripancy after verification you can proceed by signing ATS.
