Since your nana transferred the ownership qua the deed you talking about .Therefore if he is the absolute owner of the property and it was a self acquired property then he has all the rights during his lifetime to transfer it again..If it was not a self acquired property and inherited or HUF property then it can be contested in terms of transfer on your behalf or any other legal heirs behalf ;therefore please elaborate on the question. Thanks

Yes, a transfered deed can be challenged after beneficiary's death. You need to have proper evidence to challenge the deed and support your case to the extend that you win the matter, You can also file a police complaint if you think there is forgery,

ji, baksisnama break ho sakta hai.
kya baksisnama registered hai? kya aapki nani ne koi wasiyat banai hai?
baksisnama nana ji ne kiske naam kiya hai?
ye sab baaton ka jawaab baksisnama ko break karne k liye zaroori hai.
