Built house on fathers land father refusing to transfer ownership

i have build the house on my father site on the first floor, my father build on the ground floor i have taken loan from IDBI home finance and paying EMI on monthly basis my father promised that he will give the first flour as gift deed, but now he is backing on his words, my siblings are playing a foul game with my father all document is in idbi bank how to get it in my name the first floor
Dear Sir/Madam, if the said site is belong to your father's self acquired property, he can do as he wishes but your father has no right over the first floor building, should give the entire cost of the first floor building to you, you have right for the same in limited extent. You will try to convince for the execution of Gift Deed otherwise it will be difficult. Suppose the said site purchased by the your father from their father's property's income, it amounts to ancestral property of yours, you have every right to get your respective share on the above said property.
