You cab object to the acquisition. Adequate compensation should be claimed by you. First approach the authorities otherwise we can also proceed against them in court of law. Besides you should also see that the acquisition filled all the prescribed procedures or not and of all the procedural guidelines were not meet then Aisi we can challenge the very acquisition itself

From the limited details provided, I see you have two options. Option (1) Challenge the Acquisition proceedings itself before the Writ Court i.e Allahabad High Court, and Option (2) challenge the award passed by the Land Acquistion Officer as and when passed. I presume that your property has been acquired after you purchased the same from the erstwhile owner. If no, in such case you can also consider taking recovery action against the erstwhile owner on grounds that the property which was acquired was falsely and under misrepresentation was sold to u.

Dear Sir,
As kindly provide the following details:
a. whether the property was a free hold?
b. By whom has the property been acquired has the property been acquired under The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013
c. Whether the property was legal or had it been acquired before your purchase, if it was acquired before your purchase then you are not a legal owner for that you are required to provide the property papers and from whom you had purchased and when ?
