Brother's wife threatening to file false case . What can I do?

I had an elder brother who was expired on 13/10/2016. He was married. We had a joint family. He died due to kidney problem. We have spent near about 8 lacs in nursing home & all other expenses. She has nothing spent for her husband. After his death my brother's wife is threating to us to be filed case against husbands property But I am not interested in her husband property. Even the death certificate and documents are captured and not giving to us as we have a joint a/c in the name of deceased person & me. She has blackmailed to our family & getting emotional in front of third person. What should I do for this case? Kindly suggest.
If you want the death certificate apply for certified copy by placing a complaint before the concern police station mentioning that you lost the certificate and with the GD entry no. apoly for the death certificate at KMC or appropiate jurisdiction. Secondly very important step to move is filing a written complaint before the concern police station for safeguarding you and your family from Domestic violence case may file by your brother's wife. Please mention your religion and your gender otherwise difficult to advise you from my end. And do take the help of a lawyer to write the wrtten complaint for safeguarding your family from criminal and qausi criminal allegations by your brother s wife.
