Brothers threatening to handover large part of estate to them.

It is a tea estate and is run by my uncle while his other brothers do different jobs. For the last couple of days they has been conspiracy against my uncle and also threatening to use force if he does not handover a larger part of the estate to them.Today they brought a couple of armed men (known her as SULFA) and even fought with him if he did not leave the estate to them.

The first and foremost thing I would suggest you to do is file an FIR. Right now. Don't delay. And after that I would strongly suggest your uncle to hire an advocate in your area and start the court proceedings as soon as possible.
