Ancestral property being used by someone else how can i make claim

Hi,i have a property with patta of grand fathers father but I don't know about that property but it was used by some one for 80 years now I known that property was mine.how I get that property wheather I eligible for that
we need to check the A-Registrar extract or UDR details prior to Independence and latest records, 2. Encumbrance certificates to be obtained from those period. after perusal of those documents we can decide.That person have right to claim adverse possession. Detailed study of above those documents will help us to take forward in this matter.
