Can my daughters claim share in maternal grandparents property

My wife Expired in Dec 2015 leaving a Daughter of 4 years , which I am Taking care now . Now I have Understood that my daughter would be having rights over the Property of her Nana-Nani Means by Late wife Parents . I want to claim the Money from them . Also it is know my wife was staying for last couple of Months at her parents place where she fell sick they did not take care of her , she went into state of COMA and She died .During all this they did not inform about her state . Can I put a Notice for a Claim of Amy for the Same .I am A Muslim follow ISLAM

Upon his intestate death the properties lying on her maternal grandfather automatically devolves on all his legal heirs, and if any such legal heirs is deceased, then that particular legal heir's share shall devolve further on its own legal heirs.
Thus your wif being one among the legal heirs to her deceased father, she is entitled for a legitimate share in her fathers property equally and at par with her brothers and other siblings.
Since your wife too died, her legitimate share of properties can be claimed her own legal heirs consisting her children and her husband.
Thus you and your children being a legal heir of your deceased wife, can claim a rightful share in the property out of your wife's share in it
