Re Register a vehicle which has not been registered for a while

I got a bike from Pune with NOC issued by Pune RTO but have failed to register it to the destination state RTO (Rajasthan) as the bike was not in use. Now if i want to sell this bike,what are the options available for me to do so without spending too much money.
Your query depicts that it's 15 years registration has expired. Than in such a case rto of other state will not register it, even if you are carrying NOC in regard.
One option is that you first get it registered in the same state. And that registration will only be for 5 years. And than opt for transfer during that period.

Hello, let buyer take this hassle, roaming here and there for registration, give him some discount. In anycase you have to spend money for registration and have to face agent's tantrums too.
