I have case pending for bike accident

I got an bike accident where one lady got minor injury it was not my fault i take her to hospital but she put case on me under section 297 337 338 where summons is pending till date now i got selected for goverment job in power genration will this case will cancel my job opportunity.
It may cause harm to your government job better you either compound and dispose it off or contest the same and get the judgment of aquital. It is advised that you must sort it out as early as possible .
