Charge sheet describes the offence committed and the names of accused persons. Details of injury and injured are available on the FIR of the case, which is sufficient to initiate trial of the case.Feel free to contact me for further legal help.

It is the duty of police officer who signs the charge sheet, whether name intentionally or unintentionally not written, then the police officer while examined before the judicial authority, he must substantiate, also the injured admitted to hospital, the Doctor will inform to police and statement will be recorded by police as well hospital there injured name will be available. So injured can claim compensation on the strength of medical reports & get.
