How much compensation can i claim under MACT act

I met an accident on June 15, 2015, when I was going to my home from an auto. Collision by a car, my body became badly damaged. My right shoulder broken by 16 fracture, my right femur broken, my upper jaw broken and also head injury. Still I am not fully fit and I could not join my office. My treatment is still continuing. My medical expenses crossed over Rs. 4 lacs. I lost my salary (more that Rs. 3 lacs) since last 9 months. I have also taken debt more than 4 lacs to full my and my family needs. I could not file a case for compensation yet because I am not in the condition to move. Can you tell me the time period to file a case. I have already registered FIR and police have also registered chargesheet. How much could I get as compensation from the insurance company.
