Vacating the property in case there is no rent agreement

Have a tenant from last three years, we do not have any agreement, now tenant is not vacating the house
You will have to provide a notice of eviction to the tenants and if they deny to vacate then after 3 months of serving the notice to the tenants you can file an eviction suit in the jurisdictional civil court.
