rental agreement original document with the tenant.

20-Aug-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I have let out my flat to Bank for residential purpose. Bank is insisting for original document and is also not willing to make another original document. Is it OK for the landlord to keep only photocopy of the agreement

how can you rent a flat to bank for residential purpose. Bank cannot use your flat for residential purpose. bank can use the property only for commercial purpose. on the 2nd hand it would be good if you get the original copy of the rent agreement with you photocopy is good but original is always handy
