New property Car Parking charges Discrepancy, can case be filed?

03-Jul-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Hi, I recently bought a 2bhk in a gated community. Detailed cost break up includes 2lalhs for car parking. Is this legal? Most flats I checked had a parking fee anyway. But the actual issue is during registration, the total amount was flat value+car parking charges. Here they mentioned car parking value as 1.5lakhs. Can I legally approach them for this discrepancy and charging extra in cost of flat? Please help me. Thanks, Shilpa

In this case, you can send a letter to the authorities seeking information regarding the bifurcation of cost and if the cost differs from the one which was mutually decided in the sale deed or agreement then you can hire a lawyer and send them a legal notice for the recovery of money (if already paid).
