Money Borrowed and paid money with interest. Confined my family.

Respected Sir, I have borrowes worth Rs.1.5 Laakh from my Lanlord in Ghaziabad. I have paid Interest worth Rs.8000/- PM. Ihad Paid till 1 year. Now since 1 year I have not paid any thing. He has removed me from house and confined my family. Can seek court interference and justice. There is writing agreement on Stamp Paper regarding Interest Rate and daily penalty of Rs.100/- Please advice.
Go to the police. Nobody has the right to confine your family on account of loan given to you.
This is a criminal act and punishable under Indian penal code.
