Landlord not providing me refund of my security deposit. What action?

I was living as a tenant in a flat and as per the agreement i gave the 1 month notice and vacated the premises. But he is delaying the refund of the security deposit. He is not answering my phones as well. What action can i take against him?
You can send a legal notice through a lawyer demanding your security deposit. If your landlord fails to return the security deposit then you can file a recovery suit to recover your amount.
