12-Jan-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
I gave my house on lease and rent lease is registered clearly mention only for residential use- My tenants using my house as girl PG and I don't have any issue in that. Can you let me know if i should have any issue in that , is it ok to run PG in residential sector house or not? If not i hope no legal issue on me as I mention only residential use in Lease agreement.

Sir
You can file criminal complaint against the said person in court. Or you can report the matter to higher officer Estate Department etc. for violation of law.
You can also claim damages in case you are suffering any loss or loss of reputation etc.
In all likelihood such commercial activities will be barred at the said premises. If that be the case you may make a representation to the concerned municipal authority to take remedial action. In case the municipal authority fails to take any action you may file a writ petition before the concerned High Court. Alternatively, you may file an appropriate suit for damages, injunction etc before the concerned civil court if you have any issues in future.
