I,landlord of a commercial property gave it on rent for 11months.The tenant is refusing to vacate even after notice. How to proceed.likely time for eviction of tenant by legal means.

Landlords often must seek eviction when tenants refuse to leave. If you have given a tenant 30-days written notice to vacate your property and he fails to move, you need to file an unlawful detainer lawsuit, aka eviction lawsuit, with the Superior Court.
