Does tenant have any first right to purchase the rented property

Is any remedy available in favour of tenant, if lanlord selling a land forcefully to other than tenant which is rented to tenant since last40- 50 years? &If matter comes to the tenant for buy this land then what will the valuation amount(fair value/market value).
As per your query, the landlord can sell the property after giving you an eviciton notice and a bonifide ground for eviction of property. As a remedy you can challenge the grounds for asking for eviction from the landlord.
