Hi i just wanted to know is it legal to keep a tenents in pugree property and what r the points to consider and how to keep tenents what are the laws and safety mesures
Yes it is legal to lease out your property regardless of the fact that it is a pagdi property. Thus, you can keep a tenant by making a proper lease agreements mentioning all the important clauses in the said agreement.
