Can I evict tenant on grounds of personal use of property

25-May-2023 (In Landlord/Tenant Law)
Me & my sister have two houses, willed by our father (in 1992) to both of us (undivided property). My mother & unmarried sister are residing in one house & me with my family of five members, two son & a daughter) in another house with three tenants, one tenant residing with family one a shop & one a godawn. May I got my house vacated from tenants on the ground that I do not have enough space, for need of my unemployed (MBA, B ed) son, for want of separate rooms for two adult sons. Suggest any other grounds. We residing in two rooms with two side rooms of 6 by 6 Ft & tin shad kitchen on roof.
