Can a person claim right over trees on his land that he sold 5yrs back

A sells a land plot to B without mention of trees .B sells the same plot to C without any mention of trees.After 5 years A claims on trees .what says the law?
When you sell your property to other person the same time he became the hole and sole owner of the property.
The seller have no claim after selling of the property.
If anyone telling you it's wrong.
