Reviewing AUTHORITY has amended the punishment awarded by DISCIPLINARY authority as follow - Reduction of basic pay by three stages in time scale of pay up to 30/11/2016 i. E upto the date of superannuation. Further the petitioner shall not be entitled to any benefits i. E salary. Increments etc. Pl explain the meaning of these type of ORDERS.
what was the matter which was going on in the court? kindly elaborate the matter. as per my understanding the clarification is as under--- Reduction of basic pay by three stages in time scale of pay up to 30/11/2016 i. E upto the date of superannuation--- your salary would be deducted till regular payment made into a fund by an employee towards a future pension. You are not entitled to any kind of job benefits as well
