What action can i take institution harassing me and not paying salary

This year i signed a indemnity bond with Amity. I had a surgery last year after 9 months i joined amity. In the form there was a identity mark which was my surgery mark. Due to the jerk in my hand the pain started surfacing again. Due to which i had to one months leave for health issue. Now the amity personal are harassing me saying that i did not tell them about the surgery deliberately. I joined after 1 months leave. What action can i take? They are holding my one month salary and harassing me.

You can file a case for harassment as well as a case before the Department of Labour claiming unpaid dues.
The case for harassment can be filed in a civil court or criminal court depending upon the acts which ,as per you, constitute harassment.
