Show cause notice received on grounds of false allegations by employer

working with mnc for more than 5 yrs. have been issued a SCN which is ungrounded. have all the documents & proofs that proves that the allegations are false. what shuld be the further course of action an it is mental harassment. can i apply for defamation for wrong allegations.
You need to reply for the SHow cause notice which has been sent to you. giving all the reasons for the allegation proving it wrong. you can use the proof stating them wrong. yes you can file a case for defamation against your company.
