Repercussion if i don't disclose pending case in job form

06-Aug-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Sir, I am a B-Tech graduate. But I have faced a big problem. My uncle leaved his wife for some reason and his wife gave a case against my uncle, me and many more. The case is under 498A/34/406 JPC. In case she mentioned that we tortured her that is totally false. After this case I took bail from court but I am never arrested. Now the case has been proved false by police verification. But the case is still pending in court. Now I want to apply for bank. My question is that if I write No about case in bank form, will it create problem?

If the proceedings are going on then you cannot say that the case is over. Getting bail does not mean that you are not an accused in the case. To finish the case you need to get the FIR quashed from the HC and then you can fill the form saying that no case is pending against you.
