Relative died on duty company not wiling to give compensation

One of relative aged 25 died onboard a merchant ship becoz fire broke out in the engine department.he was the only earning member of the family nd had a rural background .the company by which he was hired later tried to give 5 lac compensation but the family refused it.later on we enquired properly about the company,it was found that it was a fraud company nd after the accident they closed there offices nd everthng .i filed a case in delhi high court but all in vain .the lawyer said tht we wont be any compensation for their parents .wht can i do now for their parents??

if the matter is already pending before the Hon'ble High Court then you should wait for the judgment/orders to be delivered by the Hon'ble Court.
As you are mentioning that the company is fraud and you have also inquired it then you can also file a police complaint against the Directors and CEO of the company to get the compensation money.
