Regarding service joining matter cancellation on false grounds

After cancellation of appointment on false grounds, i approached to allahabad high court by filing writ petition and court ordered upsrtc to allow me to join the post in question.How ever they called a day before deadline of court to join and when i submitted the relevant papers they took and denied to issue joining acknowledgement due to this i could not tender resignation in previous company.Next day they threatened and forcefully took sign on typed letter already prepared by upsrtc(white xerox paper).This letter says that " i m not able to join due to personal reasons and i will not claim this post nor i will move approach any court for claim of this post. Under this situation i filed contempt of court case which is pending.Can this evidence created under coercion be treated as evidence under civil law.plz help me
To escape the rigours of contempt, they will certainly take aide of this undertaking which was taken from you under duress. You should disclose the factum of duress before the Court and apprise the Court of the circumstances under which you were coerced to give your signatures on the said undertaking.
