Railway Job Bond money wrongly calculated

Hi, I have left Railway Services and have paid the bond money which they sent to me via letter. Now after 1-2 years, when i was going through the bond conditions i got doubt whether the money which Railway collected from me is wrongly calculated ? I am sharing the line mentioned in the bond document. Please go through and let me know whether this is correct calculation.
